Q: How do I order and pay for my project? 

A: Once the payment is success, you will be taken to "Fill Form" page, where you can put your project detail and submit it to support email. Your project detail will be reviewed and we will process the design immediately.


Q: Do i get a unlimited revision for each project? 

A: Yes, you get unlimited revision for each project you order, BUT, unlimited revisions only valid until the preview is confirmed... If you already confirm the design preview, then the unlimited revisions is no longer valid.


Q: What if i already make the order but there's no respond from Crystal Pro Covers? 

A: Usually Crystal Pro Covers will send you a message to confirm your order after you made the order. Or, you can send message tosupport(at)crystalprocovers.com. If there's no reply within 7 day works, you can re-claim the project payment via paypal.


Q: How long does it take to design one eBook Cover or Mini Site ?

Usually it takes about 2-3 days/48-72 hour and usually your order will be finished less than one week after the order is made depend on your revision.


Q: What if I want to include certain pictures or logos in my cover?

A: All you have to do is send them to me as an e-mail attachments, together with the description of where do you want me to place them. You can also send us a particular font type and pick the color scheme for your cover.


Q: Do I own the cover that you have designed?

A: Yes! You own the copyright to the cover I design for you. However, it is important to note that your new cover may contain modified clipart. If this is the case the rights to use the clipart automatically pass on to you.


Q. Which are your business days? 

A: Our standard business days are Monday - Friday. We are off on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Sometimes, though, we may work on those days to handle project overloads.


Q: How do you deliver my new cover?

A: The new cover will be sent in ZIP or RAR file format through e-mail attachments.
